"Location is excellent. Driving up to the parking for holiday inn lobby is not for the faint-hearted. Narrow turns. 😂 Room is great. Very spacious though sofa bed is not for the not-so-young. Probably doable for kids. Not exactly sea view though our room is supposed to have sea view as it’s not on a higher floor. More immigration centre view and sky view. Amenities were provided. Breakfast variety was excellent. Family had lots of items to choose from. However, understaffed. A guest carried his child to juice carrots and celery. The child was stepping on the alcove where the juice glasses are placed for all of us. Wish a staff had told off the parent. "

"I was lucky enough to get a free room upgrade to a suite on the top floor. Room was clean and comfortable. There's a water dispenser outside at the life lobby. Suite room had a fridge, sofa and an induction stove, along with some plates cutlery and other stuff. Bathroom is equipped with shower and jacuzzi. Will book this hotel again for my next stay. "
