Elevator broke right before check in and was a negative for the stay. They did call before I arrived but it was too late to try and find a new hotel with such a short notification.

The only elevator in the building was out of order but was only told of the problem as we were boarding the plane to get there that night at 1:00 am.To late to change hotels and of course we were put on the forth floor

Elevator was not working and no one to help bring suitcases up. Smelled like sewage the whole property. Breakfast was less than a grab and go, not very kid friendly.

Our stay this past weekend was good and the rooms were clean, A/C works great lol! And theres plenty around within walking distance for all of your needs including walmart! My issue with the stay was my family and i were there for a bmx race wich means we had equipment and bikes which are very expensive and draw alot of attention so when we stay places we bring the bikes up to the room with us no one has ever had an issue with this and we are very careful no matter how big or small the room is. We spoke to some of the other families staying there and they were charged all kinds of ridiculous fees per night for the simple fact of having bikes in their rooms luckily we were not one of those families but they say its policy and when asked to produce the policy no one could produce any kind of paperwork stating this so apparently this hotel makes up random policies and charges people without their knowledge till after the fact of them already doing so. This is not ok, if its not on paper or online you cant just go charging people all willy nilly however you please hotels and travel is expensive enough! My next issue was the hotel states its breakfast included. The breakfast is hot tea,coffee and granola bars? Like plz explain to me how that is breakfast and how u can justify charging for it?

It was clean and there were shops around it. The price was better than what is in Brandon. Great location by the I75. NIce restaurants nearby. The elevator was broken on check out day so that wasn't pleasant.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice tge hotel was, especially after having a bad experience just recently. It was spotless, nicely decorated and if you needed to you could cook there. We just stayed overnight, so didn't need that. But we were able to just walk across the parking lot for several food options!

I’ve stayed here several times and the staff is usually a little grumpy. I think they work long shifts and have a lot to do. They also don’t anticipate needs. If I ask for cups and plates, I will likely need dish detergent and a sponge. Why make me walk back and forth multiple times? Don’t stay at the end of the hall. Starting at 5am you will hear the outside door repeatedly slamming as the construction workers leave for work.

Staff was non existent. Tried 3 times to get a roll of bathroom tissue in middle of afternoon. Noone to be found. Finally found a custodian to grab some. Manager yelled at me and another guest who were smoking outside during a pouring rain storm.

We arrived late Thursday and could not check in because “their system” would not allow us to. So my son and I had no where to go the first night. Every time I would go to the front desk no one would ever be there, which happened multiple times. In the bathroom their was a roach, in the tub I found a second roach. Never will I ever stay there. By far the worst experience.

First room was never swept before they gave it to us. Second room had someone’s used soap in the bathroom. Floors were dirty and bathroom was not the cleanest. It was ok for one night but that was it.

They made me go up and down the elevator with my two-year-old in the middle of the night because they were too lazy to check the rooms before giving me dirty rooms. They just kept handing me keys for dirty rooms. I move rooms like three times last night, and it was still dirty Bed & shower covered in hair, Counters in kitchen & bathrooom covered in coffee and food stains

This morning (12/30/23 around 9am) I went to get some breakfast with my kid & the staff at the front desk was shouting foul language. “What the h*ll is that?” Talking about some personal business I suppose. They need to learn to be more professional ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS PRESENT. Not something I want to hear early in the morning gross language should not be tolerated at all. Then when I tried to book yesterday the girl work at the desk around 8pm didn’t seem to want to do anything or know how…. I tried to book a room & she couldn’t price match WITH THEIR OWN WEBSITE. What?? It’s not some other app!! ITS THE HOTELS WEBSITE. The room was nice but the parking lot had a lot of trash & dog poop. Staff should be cleaning outside & not let people smoke so close to the doors. I have asthma & a child & neither of us need to be around smoke. My main issue is the lack of care from staff. Not the building or cleanliness

Hotel was clean. Staff said I couldn’t bring my bicycle to the room. I had to leave my $5000 bike in my truck. This has never happened to me at a hotel before. Very annoying. Free breakfast was also terrible. It was yogurt and coffee.
