The room was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit tough as the turns are tight for a long bed dually truck and the parking spaces are short. Also I could not find access into the building from the rear what I had to park. Not a huge deal but aggravating when I arrived late and night and just wanted to rest.

This is a very nice Spring Hill Suites! It looks brand new and the staff was great. Special kudos to Cheryl who goes out of her way to make your stay more enjoyable!

This hotel is very nice! The rooms are small but had everything we needed. The location was only Uber/car friendly. Kinda deserted area

This was a very modern accommodation with a sliding barn door on the bathroom, built in desk that split the room from the sofa sitting area. Lighting was very nice, but due to my husbands limited vision, whiter light bulbs would have been very helpful.

We had a very late check in and it was a breeze to get in and get right to sleep. We were happy they had food available to buy at the front desk. However, we were disappointed the pool wasn't actually heated as advertised and were not able to swim due to how cold it was.

This was very close to where my family lives. There were 2 elevators but only one was in service I was on the 5th floor. The housekeeper was not good. She was stingy with towels even when asked. She did not even make the beds.

I give a 1 out of 10! IT’s shouldn’t smell this wa
It smell like sewergas in the bathroom. It didn’t smell like that when I checked in, but I left and came back it smells terrible. I felt as though someone entered my room and did something in there. I don’t know if the sealer was sealed around the toilet properly but it stink badly! I took a Shower and the smell was lingering in my clothes!

Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean & spacious. Hallways, elevators & all common areas were clean. Firepit in the outdoor sitting area is a plus. We were in the area for my husband's cancer treatments so cleanliness is very important. This place definitely succeeds in that area. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but wasn't bad. Pretty standard. Everything else was above standard.

Clean and newer facility. Walls are thin and doors let a great deal of light in so you hear other individuals who are staying at the hotel. Robust breakfast options.

Depending on the guestroom you were assigned, it was either a plan door to the closest or a door with a mirror on it. All of our guestrooms do have closets. Nice Room
Room was nice but somewhat small, breakfast good, but mostly the same during out 3 day stay, only provided 1 regular coffee packet in room each day, nothing second day, so I just didn’t ask! Got the feeling the owners/management were providing the least they could, won’t work that well in America!
