"Good location. Room was clean. There's no elevator, so be prepared to climb the stairs if your room is on 2nd or 3rd and you have luggages. They only give one key each room which is quite inconvenient for me cuz my cousin and I didn't always go out with each other, and one of us had to contact the customer service to get the code to enter the room, but then there's no electricity without the key. If you have a motorbike, their front yard can only fit 2 motorbikes, and there's no lock on the gate...

"We stayed at the Alagon for 2 nights in the imperial heritage suite. What a stay! Large, comfortable room in the heart of Ben Thanh. Close walk to the markets and delicious stalls and street food in the surrounds.The staff working here were absolutely beautiful and helpful. Always happy. The buffet breakfast was amazing, free airport transfer and the free foot massage was a lovely perk. We will 100% stay here again when we return and would highly recommend to other travellers. Great stay!"
