The accommodations were exceptionally clean and hygienic, which made my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the cold, windy atmosphere of Cameron Highlands was truly refreshing air lungs. I also appreciated the warm and friendly attitude of both the staff and fellow guests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. "The hotel was in a great location for the town, many restaurants and close to the main road, and there was free parking. However, that was as good as it gets. We arrived late in the evening and were shown to a room that had hairs all over the bathroom, dirt on the floor, sticky surfaces and bugs in the windows. We asked to be moved, which the staff were very gracious and helpful about, but this took an hour to sort out and even the new room had hairs in the bath tub, a stained selection of chairs, towels/sheets with holes in that smelled weird, and mould all over the shower blind. We would have complained again but it was already very late and we were tired. The hotel was very odd and empty, we did not bother with the breakfast we did not want to spend a moment longer than necessary there."

"This is a brand new property with an official opening on the 1st May 26 operated by the Ascot Group. General staff are most helpful and ready to attend to your queries however limited. Our first assigned room on the 13th Floor overlooking the golf course was perfect except for the smell coming from the bathroom. A request for a change of room was done expeditiously and the rest of the stay was pleasant. "

"Our family of three only stayed for one night, but we would have been comfortable on a longer stay. Wendy and Jason were superb communicators and were very helpful with a later checkout when we made the request a day ahead. The apartment is well-furnished, including flip-flops for use in the bathrooms. Check-in, as well as everything else, was clearly explained and the process was a breeze. We would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, convenience and great hosts."

"Clean room, the bed was a little strange with plastic feeling underneath, loud traffic noise impacted my sleep but they did provide earplugs, all front security staff were really nice and helpful, there’s a staff at the bar had some attitude when I asked some water"
