"I stayed at FM7 primarily as I had a very early flight out of Indonesia, and its location was ideal for this. In addition, the hotel has a shuttle bus that leaves right on time and gets you to and from the airport quickly. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities good and the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you're transferring onward, highly recommend! "

Whilst not 5 star, the hotel is very convenient for transit, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Other more modern hotels exist nearby which are lower cost, our choice is always to stay here."

"The receptionist Vicky really made our experience a welcoming one. He upgraded our room when he couldn't find one in the non-smoking room. Additionally, he spoke with me and my fiance in English which helped us ease into the culture and community. "
