"The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! Harmoni One Convention Hotel & Service Apartments

8/10 Good

"Got a free upgrade but in an internal window which has no sunlight"

Montigo Resorts Nongsa

10/10 Excellent

"A wonderful hotel with lovely staff. The buggies were always on time when requested, drivers were so polite and friendly. The rooms were huge and the bed, duvet and pillows were so comfortable that we had the best nights sleep here. The private pools were big enough and private and were just the right temperature. We only stayed for 4 nights which was great, but a week would have been even better. The breakfast was delicious and had so much choice and offered different options every day. We did the couples massage and it was so relaxing and the ladies doing it were fantastic. Only negative is that the gym is open air and small. Overall a fantastic hotel and I’d definitely recommend and want to return to."

Four Points By Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay

10/10 Excellent

"What an amazing stay! Really exceeded our expectations!! The villa was amazing- it was huge, very clean and the bed was comfortable and luxurious. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the little details and personalised treatment we received made our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet had so much variety and the food delicious! Thank you Four Points team for making our stay one to remember! We will definitely come back again"
