I loved the convenience of getting to other places from the property. The owner of the place designed the place really well too and provided sufficient amenities such as home-made pastries/bread and cup noodles, which made our stay a really enjoyable one. Thank you!

We stayed in Hotel Mu for 1 night, and it was very memorable for us. It is a very new hotel, room was very clean and comfortable. Light switches were all very modern and had a high-tech feel. Bathroom was very clean and tidy, with soap dispenser instead of bar soap provided. The buffet breakfast at Mu Cafe had a good spread of dishes and was delicious! It is a special hotel that we like it very much. With such pricing, it is really worth the money-trust me. No regret, the staff is so nice to prepare breakfast for us to take away since we need to leave the place at 6am for airport but buffet breakfast starts at 7am.

They upgraded to a very large size room. It was very clean and well maintained. They staff were very courteous. There is a night market about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and the mrt station is about 15 minutes.

The rooms were very clean and smelt very nice. We could see the planes at the airport. The sound proofing is quite good although I can still hear a little engine sounds at the dead of the night. Overall super good hotel and right next to the train station.

I brought my family there to stay just for one night, prior to an early morning flight home. Having stayed there, I can only say that I wish I could have stayed there for one more night. Firstly, there are several busy streets just next to the hotel, with good and authentic Taiwanese food plus many things to see. Secondly, the front counter staff is efficient and polite. Having informed them I need to reach Taoyuan hotel by 5.30 am, they promptly booked a cab for me and also arranged for boxes...

Clean room and very comfortable bed for a layover before catching connecting flight. Only provided shuttle to airport. Taxi ride from airport to the hotel with our bags cost us 300NT. There is 2 convenience shop right opposite the hotel.

The service staff was very helpful and helped with my check in late at night. Although the room was small, for this price point, it's really value for money. Recommended for budget traveller!

New Hotel, friendly helpful staff with many speaking English. Rooms are excellent with good amenities for modern times and very comfortable. Bar/lounge, restauarant area all combined and is very comfortable and good layout. It’s right next to MRT so very convenient for Airport and commute to city centre.
