Loved that it was convenient for me coz near to where I needed to go. Condition of room needs a little work for improvement eventhough it’s not 5-star hotel. At least re do paint job as it was peeling.

Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a nice variety of food. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing magic in Penang Hills! Loved this place and its environment! Stayed in Jasmine villa, which as a bonus surprise actually does include a karaoke set like the other villas — once we exhausted the 100 English songs available, we just looked up our own songs using WiFi. :) Free pick up/ drop off by hotel from airport is only 2pm and 4pm, getting this information from management was a bit more difficult than it needed to be so here it is.
