"Amazing unit for a family stay."

"There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes"

These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. "No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes"

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. The “French village” is small. Although the rooms were cleaned but bed and furniture are old. Lights in the rooms were dimmed. However, the Aircon and fan were good. Overall, the short stay at the hotel was pleasant."
