"The Centara Riverside provides good value for money, excellent service and very good facilities including a great outdoor pool. The hotel is a 10-15 minute Grab ride from the action at the centre of Chiang Mai. But our tours, one out of town and the other Mama Noi cooking class provided transportation from the Hotel. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Centara Riverside and our 3rd stay at a hotel in the Centara chain. So, yes, we recommend it highly."

"This was a beautifully decorated hotel. Unfortunately the same decor didn’t transfer to where our room was located. The room was beautiful but there were cobwebs near the bed shade. Also the bathroom mirror was dirty along with the backside of the door of the bathroom. The staff was friendly but not very accommodating in any menu changes or allowing a late check request of one more hour. "
