"Great location great staff great area. Convenient to everything mostly everything is about a 20 to 30 minute drive but that should be because of traffic but not too bad very good scenery. Will stay here every time that I am in West Hollywood"

"Breakfast passes are per person, for 1 day. This wasn’t specified, on the website I didn’t find out until I got there. They have events but don’t let you know, so if you would like to chill by the pool side you’ll have to be given a wrist band, and have selective seating. 80% of the seats are reserved for the event parties. We were notified as guest that events were happening which took away from our stay. Time and money we won’t get back. There was a day that the bar was completely closed and was open for the event, not for guest. Some staff members were stand off ish and the others were very sweet. (I didn’t see any name badges to specify who), it was a gentleman at the front desk came off a little rude or like he was bothered by us. Room service was decent, sometimes they came quick but then there was a time where the didn’t come and I had to remind them. In our hotel room, we were having problems with our bathroom door closing. It kept falling off the top part where it should slide. It was numerous times we were struggling to get out the bathroom, and had to have someone from the other side to open it. Aesthetic wise the hotel was beautiful and modern. I would rate my total experience a 7.5/10"

"Traveled with my wife for our anniversary. Room was immaculate and spacious. Staff provided top notch service. Views from the rooftop bar/pool area were pleasant. Small but mighty gym with quality equipment. Complimentary social hours (wine/beer/snacks/coffee). The entire hotel ambiance is ideal for a couple or a small group of friends, or even a small family. Definitely on the more upscale luxury side. Location is perfect, just far enough away from the busy/noisy Hollywood blvd, but still walkable to TCL/Dolby/Pantages and everything in between. Lots of restaurants nearby. Less than 10 min walk to Trader Joe’s/Bristol Farms. 20 min walk to Target. Only issues were the weak shower water pressure and the noise level from surrounding bars/clubs esp on Fridays and Saturday nights. Other than that, our stay was perfect. 10/10 would stay here again."
