This is one of my favorite hotels in all the world. Breakfast and dinner are outstanding. The ambience is lovely. The people are so nice. If you're looking for huge and glitzy this may not be for you. This is more like going home to visit your sweet family.

We loved staying here! However, the rooms are dated which was not an issue for us as we enjoyed the quaintness of it all. If one thing could be changed we would request that families be in a separate area for dining, particularly in the evenings when you're wanting a quiet, romantic meal together.

Wonderful staff and the restaurant as well as the proximity to the beach and Keukenhof was excellent. What stood out to me was how quiet this is situated in a Dutch neighborhood. I loved it.

Very charming exterior with lovely patio lounge access to the ocean but it rained and we did not hike. Brick hallway was musty smelling, no elevator, drab decor, ants around coffee maker.

Hotel in need of refurbishment in all areas. Bathroom particularly bad. Breakfast limited. Bedroom very basic. For euro 220 per night we were expecting luxury. We got below average. Everything was done to a minimum- staffing, towels, dining bedding. Don’t believe the pictures on booking sites they have not representative

We have been in a couple of Fletcher Hotels in the last two years, some with great service and high quality, some with less but always more or less in line with the price for the individual arrangement. We did choose this one as it was quiet and not in the center. For 200€ a night - and I am in a lot of hotels due to business - I would have expected a top 4star location. To add, the 5star premium location in the center would only have been only 50€ additional per night. Unfortunately not this time. Rooms were small and at least partly quite old, the shielding for the bath tub has needed a replacement for some time, the door to the veranda had no security elements and the cussions for the outside chairs could be found in the flowers nearby - at least one, and the hotel surroundings have been neglected as well. Breakfast was at 17€ per person and day but both orange juice and pancakes where not refilled more than an hour before end of breakfast time, Not to mention that no staff was on the premises.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer für 1 Nacht im hinteren Gebäude. Ein in die Jahre gekommener Bau. Aber auch da kann man ja die Fenster vputzen und von Spinnweben befreien... An der badtür war das Holz abgesplittert, auf dem Tv-Regal noch ein Kaffeefleck... Lage sehr ruhig. Aufgangg in die Dünen vom Haus aus.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, da dieses wunderschöne Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und dringend renoviert werden müsste. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig, der Verputz bröckelte an vielen Stellen. Unser Badfenster war so kaputt, dass man es weder öffnen noch richtig schließen konnte.Unser Türschliss war bereits am ersten Tag defekt, aber uns wurde versucht einzureden, es sei in Ordnung. Niemand war verantwortlich , das Schloss zu reparieren. Schließlich kam der Koch aus der Küche und reparierte es am dritten Tag!

Die Unterkunft ansich war ganz gut. Das Zimmer war groß und hat für die 2 Nächte gereicht. Personal war nett. Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Aber man sollte reservieren, da man sonst zweitrangig bedient wird (hatte man uns auch gesagt). Aber: - Personal sprach kein deutsche (war für uns jetzt ok, aber hätte ich irgendwie erwartet). - In unserem Zimmer liefen ständig Ameisen über den Schreibtisch. Leider konnten wir nicht ausmachen woher diese kamen. - Frühstück kostet pro Person 18,50 Euro. Für die Auswahl absolut überteuert. - generell empand ich den Preis für 2 Nächte inkl. Frühstück sehr teuer. Da es aber spontan war hat man kurzfristig nichts anderes gefunden.

Het deel van het gebouw waar wij sliepen is duidelijk gedateerd. Maar het was schoon, het personeel was vriendelijk en gastvrij en leek het onderling ook goed te hebben. Het ontbijt en de maaltijd in het restaurant waren heerlijk. We hebben genoten!

Hotellet trænger til en overhaling, men er pænt og rent. Personalet måtte gerne smile lidt mere og receptionen bør ikke presse ydelser som morgen-og aftensmad ned over hovedet på gæsterne. Vi accepterede morgenmaden der skulle betales forud, for to dage det fortrød vi bitterligt. Den var ikke pengene værd på nogen måde og dagen efter fandt vi ud af at restauranten der ligger i gåafstand både har fortrinlig aftensmad og også tilbyder morgenmad
