"Property was in a good location and was very clean. No coffee maker or ironing board and had issues with the AC working properly. We were also hit with and additional nightly fee of $45 in addition to the fees already paid through Expedia. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately many of the issues we experienced were beyond their control. On the first night, we were given a room on the first floor, right next to the lobby and breakfast area. It was surprising that a room is located directly by the main entrance—we could hear everything, which made it very noisy and uncomfortable. For the second night, the staff kindly moved us to a different room, which significantly improved our experience. However, breakfast was another disappointment. On the first morning, we noticed that once the initial rush of guests had eaten, the food was not replenished properly. By around 9:00 a.m., there was very little left available, leaving us with almost nothing to eat. Overall, it was not a good experience. While the staff did their best, the property clearly needs more investment and better management. I would not choose to stay here again."
