"They gave our room away that we had reserved"

"Checked in early evening for a one night stay. I was given a room on the third floor. No big deal but the building elevator was out of service. I couldn’t or wasn’t going to haul two suit cases three floors. They gave me an ADA room on the first floor. The room was on the common wall to the building entrance. The nearly all night noice of the coming and going of others was annoying. I didn’t get much sleep."

"Absolutely amazing, The room was beautifully renovated the AC was blasting and amazingly cold, bed, pillow and sheets very very clean, room and bathroom very clean, breakfast was amazing biscuits and gravy for breakfast I’ve never seen that before. 10/10 I will be using this hotel again.
