"Really disappointed as the main reason I chose this hotel was to have a swim in their pool after a long flight to help my back. But I was told it wouldn't open until the end of May - it was so hot outside! It would have really helped if the open dates were stated on the amenities. I was told I could go to the hotel next door and pay $30 for a swim! It would have been nice if they had offered a free pass for one swim."

"It's a grest location with a great room. The staff acts as if we were an inconvenience with an question or request. Not friendly at all. Didn't seem to even try. I usally get a print out when I check out because they take a credit card. When I requested it they said they couldn't provide it because I had booked through a 3d party. The reply had the tone of how stupid could I be. Lot's of hotels near the airport. I'll find a different one for sure."
