"We enjoyed our stay as the place was within walking distance to restaurants, buses and train station. Also our rooms were very spacious as we opted for 3 bedrooms. Maid service was a plus as it was nice coming home to a clean place. Check in and out was good and the place has 24 hour customer service. Only 2 things we would change. There is only 1 very tiny elevator and stairs are steep, windy and narrow."

"This was absolutely the best place to stay for what I was needing as a solo traveler. I arrived a bit earlier than check in time and because my room was ready, they allowed me to go ahead and check in. The room was clean and spacious and offered all the amenities I could have needed. The washing machine and drying rack allowed me to clean my clothes, which was a huge comfort to have. The location was also in a nice quiet part of town but close enough that I could easily walk to the tube station and a nice selection of restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again when I return in the future."

"The property was lovely and well maintained in a beautiful building. The staff were very professional and helpful and I was able to unexpectedly have an early check in. My room was very clean and attended to daily. Very modern and well set up room with an incredibly comfortable bed, air conditioning and enclosed shower. Also the hotel had a lift which was essential as I was on a higher floor. I will absolutely stay at the Drey again and am looking forward to my next visit!!"

"The room was very clean. It was a large room but it had double beds in it, made it seem crowded and hard to move around. If you are handicapped or have a hard time with stairs I would not recommend this hotel. You must go up stairs to check in and upstairs to your room. The location was a nice little neighborhood in Kensington with easy access to the tube. The reason I only gave 3 stars to staff is the we’re not very friendly and just seemed only interested in checking in and that was it. The rooms were cleaned and linen replaced daily. Overall I think this was a great value and nice hotel"
