Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "We were pleased with the hotel in general. The staff was very friendly, the buffet breakfast was extensive and very good, the concierge was very helpful in helping us book show in Piccadilly circus, it was just a short walk to bus stops and the tube. The room was small, but we were happy to have a king size comfortable bed so that made up for the size of the room. The hotel is in a convenient location and there are some nice restaurants to have dinner within a comfortable walking distance. There is a nice bar too, though we never had a chance to go to it. All in all, it was a good experience and a comfortable hotel, and I would recommend."

"This was my second stay at this hotel and as always, everything and everyone was amazing. One slight issue with loose fittings in my shower head, but it was repaired promptly. The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, breakfast was a dream, and the lounge, very comfortable. As with any hotel, location, location, location, and the Rembrandt's location could not be beat. Maybe a wee bit too close to Harrods...the temptation was real 😆. The concierge and doormen were friendly and very helpful too. Will definitely stay here again."
