"A good, clean room - not a bad price for London and a twin room. Unfortunately we were on the top (5th) floor on a very hot day/night, and the property being old doesn’t have air conditioning. However, the staff had already opened the windows and drawn the blinds and put a fan (on) in the room. They also brought up cool water and glasses for the room shortly after we went up. The staff were attentive and always happy to help where they could and the rooms were clean and had plenty of sockets. The bathroom was tiny but they still managed to get a decent shower in there. The hotel is a gorgeous period building and a lot of the original features remain including stained glass windows in the bar. I would definitely stay here again. "
