"Staff were excellent, especially Elizabeth at the front desk. WiFi was pitiful - my Zoom conversations kept pausing. The room was ok but no valuables safe and a bit shabby around the edges."

"Communication was excellent. I was contacted prior to arrival and communication was constant right up to the day of our stay. Check in and out was simple and we were greeted by a member of staff on our arrival at the property. They were still in the process of having a quick hoover when we arrived but that didn't bother us and they were very polite about it. The property was great and has all the amenities. It very much added to our time in London."
