"Great customer service, friendly and welcoming from reception to bar staff. Hotel room was clean, airy and well decorated. Fantastic location near the tube, shops, restaurants and the Royal Albert Hall. Great value for money too with big rooms, spacious beds and nice mocktail / cocktail menu. Would recommend and stay again."

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room I had this time was perfect for me. The breakfast caters well for vegan and gluten free. It has its own gluten free stand with its own toastier amd there are a good range of non dairy milks. "
