Close tube station, with 2 servicing lines of Circle and District. Ample dining choices in area. Bar drinks on the $$$ side, but you are in London. Good size room, decent size bathroom, but shower is small. Comfortable bed. Bathroom trash can was not emptied from previous occupants and hairs on floor behind bathroom door. But yes would stay again

Simplify disgusting! I have photos to demonstrate. Check in staff rude and ill prepared. Said no management staff available to hear my concerns. Only today as I checked out did I get a managers business card. Her response demonstrated the customer service acumen the brand is promoting. A big shrug of the shoulders. I am seeking a full refund. I have correspondence and photos. How would you like me to share them or will you private message me.

This property ought to be shut down and totally renovated. It is worn and rooms close to the size of a prison cell. Furniture worse than any 3 star hotel. I Don’t recommend hotel at all

Great location. The hotel was great. Rooms are on the small size with quite small bathrooms. However, this is London though and not too much time is spent in the room. Enough areas in bar and reception area to do some work if needed. One of the best breakfast buffets I have seen in a hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. Will definitely be staying again and already recommending the hotel to friends and family
