"I liked the room overall, The bathroom smelled bad, so could have used an air freshener. Also they should provide a hand towel not just body towels. I love that they had an iron, ironing board, hot pot, dishes, refrigerator, stove, all great. Complimentary tea bags and sugar would be a nice touch! The front desk people were nice. Also more than one room key would help for when your party goes out separately. An elevator would be great. Walking up 4 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases is...
