I adore this place, the staff are really friendly and the rooms are a good size, even the standard double rooms. The only issue I really have is being 6’2 it’s hard for me to have a shower as the shower head is fixed to the wall but the baths are a good size to make up for it."

"Staff were lovely, hotel was clean but in need of renovations and soundproofing. Room was super comfy but the noise from the elevator and corridors was very intrusive. Cafe bar expensive, £5.50 for a very weak small coffee even in London that’s a lot. Location was excellent though. In between two main tubes and downhill walk through Kensington Gardens to all the museums"
