"Great location, one block from Paddington Station so easy access to the city via underground and Heathrow via train. Small room but clean and the provided breakfast was great each morning."

"Reservamos um quarto pequeno, porém as Fotos não mostravam que a cama era encostada na parede e para piorar, em cima do aquecedor, ou seja, ou ligava o aquecedor e queimava, ou não ligava e sentia frio (estava 10 graus em Londres com sensação térmica de 8 ou 6). A situação piorou ainda mais, pois havia uma escada para acesso ao banheiro e eu com 70 anos de idade escolhi o hotel exatamente para não ter escadas. Ao conversar com a equipe do hotel foi oferecido a troca mediante a realização de uma nova diária, desprezando o que já havia sido pago, afinal, segundo eles, você não reservou com a gente e sim com a expedia (leia-se hoteis.com). O que poderia ser uma excelente estadia, dada que a localização é ótima, foi frustrante. Recomendo? Não."

"Not worth your money, even as a budget hotel. The place is actively under restoration, covered with scaffolding and loud with construction activity all day long. Amenities like breakfast and the bar are unavailable due to the renovations and only one elevator is in operation. Our room had a dank, damp smell to it, with visible black mold in the bathroom. The toilet handle was loose and we weren’t given any soap in the bathroom and had to use the shower gel to wash our hands. We only booked it for its proximity to Paddington, but it was still a fifteen minute walk away. No real redeeming qualities or reasons to return. "

"I recently stayed at this four-star hotel and was very disappointed. The cleanliness was below the standard you would expect, with the room not properly cleaned and areas that clearly needed more attention from housekeeping. For a hotel in this category, it was unacceptable. There were also very few amenities available, which made the stay feel poor value for money. On top of that, parking was extremely expensive and felt like an unnecessary extra charge. Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was very basic, limited, and nowhere near what you would expect from a four-star hotel. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its rating, and I would not choose to stay here again."
