"Beautiful renovations! I stayed in the single bed room and it was so perfect and clean, I loved it! The light fixture above the bed makes the room so cozy! The only complaint I have is that the bathroom floods anytime I took a shower so extra towels were needed. Other than that it was lovely! "
"Arrived with no towels or WIFI. Hand towels never did arrive as promised and got a note 2 days in that they don’t provide those suddenly?! WIFI starting working on last day after complaining many times. Apartment was on the 5th floor but the elevator only went to 4th floor so then had to drag heavy luggage up a very narrow spiral staircase. Asked for assistance getting a taxi for our checkout as we didn’t have a phone and lack of WIFI and was told no. Front door to building often found open. "
"Convenient to transport links, buses and 2 underground 1 street over from hotel. Supermarkets, restaurants and pubs also in next street (100 mtrs walk) Hyde park (50 mtrs walk. Hotel very quiet, a little tired in areas but everything you need works and very comfortable. 3rd time at the hotel in 3 years and already planning to visit next year. Had the breakfast last year , very good but due to dieting this year did not bother as its very easy to eat too much. All in all an excellent stay again."
"Loved this hotel - soon to become a favourite in London.
It’s close to Paddington so easy to get the Heathrow express.
Lovely spacious room with a kitchen.
Lots of activities (like movie nights and yoga) if you feel like meeting up with people and being social. Friendly backpacker type vibe but more luxury and elegance.
There’s even a laundry with free washing machines and dryers - even the detergent was free.
Only downside was that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and that was something I really wanted to use after long haul flights."
