"The staff were all very friendly, literally staff member (something not that common these days). The room was clean. Most importantly the bed was incredibly comfortable! If you're going to Hyde park this is an excellent location. It's pricey but you get what you pay for."

"My daughter and I were in town to see a concert. We stayed for 6 night but unfortunately during a heat wave. Our room was very small with only a small fan so that part wasn’t very comfortable but that’s not the hotels fault. The beds were comfortable and cleaning was excellent. The hotel was dated but charming and that’s what we were going for. The best thing about it was the location. I’d stay in Paddington again due to its proximity to the trains and local amenities. The hotel offered a hot breakfast which was limited but good. There was also a bar in the lobby. Overall it was a good stay and the staff were lovely."
