"Good location but not recommended breakfast "

"This hotel is currently under renovation/construction which we were not aware of. So while missing a bit of ambience, the staff more than made up for the awkwardness caused by the lack of lobby space - including always being available to carry bags up and down a couple steps and cater to the club services such as food and beverages. The lack of a concierge was something we missed with this being our first time in London and staying at this location. The rooms were standard and the bathroom very tight but there was always water and coffee available and a small fridge and the housekeeping staff were efficient. We departed on Easter weekend and the staff were busy handing out Easter eggs and hot cross buns. I would stay again for the convenience of the location and the outstanding service of the staff."

"Breakfast was good. English breakfast, fruit bowl, toast, orange juice, coffee m, tea, hot chocolate are all available. Breakfast staff are very quick. Food was hot and enough for us. It is only served between 7 and 9. Ample seating available but I expect it fills up quickly in peak season. Just around the corner from Paddington station and lots of good restaurants"

"Very conveniently located for transport links and local cafes & restaurants. Simple to get into central London by tube or bus. It suits me because I travel to & from Paddington and it's just a short walk to the hotel. "
