"Excellent location few minutes from Marble Arch tube, keen and helpful staff. Room was clean, tidy and everything worked. Elevator was out of service during my stay, so needed to use the narrow stairs. Not a problem for myself, good exercise.
An upgrade or other such gesture would have been nice, but hotel was full. 2nd stay and will likely be back soon. "
"Very clean room. Close to public transportation.
Best value breakfast really enjoyable.
Only downside was I had the room at the very top of the hotel difficult with a suitcase. Ask for assistance .
However I would definitely stay here again, great location for the price."
"Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very minimal and well-designed room and comfortable bed. It would be nice if there was a small wardrobe. "
"From the moment we got out of our taxi and they were waiting with an umbrella , to taking our bags in for us and delivering them to our room, to the quick and friendly check in, the customer service was above and beyond the entire time!!! "
"Very convenient to everything, ie transportation, pharmacy, food, clothing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed in superior individual room was wonderfully comfortable.
Liked all the tech outlets. Only issue was in the bathroom. Looked like rust or dirt around some of the floor attachments. Very busy hotel but they seemed to handle that well. Would love to stay there again."
