"This property is within easy walking distance of Paddington station. We were able to leave our bags in the lobby early in the morning, before our room was ready, on our day of arrival and after check-out on the day of departure, which was very convenient. It was next to the lift, so we expected it to be noisy, but the soundproofing was very good. There were no breakfast facilities, which was fine for us, and it completely served our purposes, we'd definitely stay here again "

I have stayed on the upper floors in front and in back; I've stayed on the LG level; and two summers ago, when I blew out my knee on my trip, Mehdi changed my room--without my asking!--to the ground floor, so I wouldn't have to manage the stairs. Connan, Paul, Mehdi, Hakeem, and Buddha all took marvelous care of me again. I will be back."

"Older hotel that has been well maintained. Perfectly nice breakfast, you can choose what you like off the menu, in any combination. Everything was tasty. Only suggestion would be to keep the orange juice cold. But it’s England! The staff were superb friendly helpful, would definitely return there if in London."
