"Outstanding service and beautiful hotel"

"The hotel is really lovely. The rooms beds bathrooms are all very nicely set out. Very nice restaurant and bar if you want to stay in the hotel but there is an abundance of eateries all around the hotel. There’s a gym and swimming pool but we didn’t use them. Situated just next door to Paddington station so you can literally get to anywhere from there. Beautiful walk along the canal and there are eateries on the barges too. Can’t find a single fault."

"Hotel was a bit dated and room did not have adequate air system. Staff was friendly and very helpful with requests. "
