"It’s a perfectly nice hotel, with good location and friendly staff. It’s just the room was dinky. (tiny). With double bed - it’s not suitable for two people. There is no place for the suitcase. And the bed is not comfortable really"

"This is an excellent property right next to Paddington Station. Very convenient for Heathrow express. The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. However, only tea in the room is no coffee, but there is a Starbucks just off the lobby, which was perfect."

"A very old (roughly 150 yr-old) ‘classic Victorian’ hotel with small rooms, but newly renovated bathroom, big TVs, and good beds. The cleaning staff were always there to make up and replenish your room."
