"The Air conditioning was not working, the phone was not working, the bathtub door was broken, the staff look like they did not care. I asked several times to fix the problems, and nothing was done, like I did not matter. At the end they told me that i was getting 20% discount for my troubles. It was a lie; the discount was never applied. And the worst part is that the building structure was compromised and there was construction noise all over the place. Stay away from this hotel !!!"
