"Room seemed clean but was in need of repair. Floor was coming up. Air conditioning didn't work and tiles grouting was discoloured. Bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel was closed to shops etc, lots of vans and trucks arrived during the night, making it noisy as we had to have windows open as air conditioning didn't work."

"Honestly what a find in London. Lovely staff, hotel, room with all the amenities you need (including cotton pads & buds!) and a reasonably priced minibar! Just excellent! We also paid for breakfast which was similarly great - reasonable price for all you could eat buffet with a wide selection and attentive service. Close to 2 tubes, museums and a variety of places to eat. Will definitely be back."
