Good sized clean room, nice upgrade.
Excellent location for tube, felt safe in just a short walk from station.
Basic breakfast.
Lots of fast food in the area and convenience stores.
Quiet at the back of the hotel away from the road. Great staff
Will stay here again at the right price
Location perfect. one min walk to Earl’s Court tube. Room was large and clean and highly impressive: very modern. Price fair. Only reason why not 5 stars was the bed was poor. Clean but was a pull out spring bed. Don’t need to be. Change the bed and it a perfect hotel.
This hotel was perfect for us. Very convenient location next to Earl’s Court Station. Easy access to everything via the underground. Across the street from a small grocery store. Staff was very helpful and room was cleaned daily. Would definitely stay here again

Well located and nice clean rooms. It was a bit cramped though.
Great location, friendly staff, clean and quiet. Good value for the price. The confirmation email gave clear instructions on where to check in. Will stay there again.
We started our trip here and ended it here, and my wife loves this place. She likes very quiet rooms that can be made as dark as possible at night when she is sleeping. I booked a charming guest inn for our stay up north, and it was noisy, bright, and they had a macerator (look it up). My wife was not amused. Highly recommend this place...oh, it also has heated bathroom floors.
So convenient to train, restaurants, shops. Residential area with easy and safe walking. Room was small, but cozy, very clean and the bed was soooo comfortable. Staff were friendly and got me into my room early ( I had a very early arrival)
It was close to the underground which was convenient to get around. It had a few restaurants close by and some shops that were walkable. Overall it was a great location to stay.
We got an upgrade to a bigger room which was very nice. Room was good size, comfortable for the 3 of us. Love the modern deco and amenities in room.
Surrounding was nice with the subway just few minutes walk away.
Would stay at this place again if back in London.
If you are a solo traveler and really just need a place to sleep, shower, etc. and do not want the Hostel experience, this hotel might be a great option. They have a twin room that feels very much like a large closet, but it has everything you need - as long as your not a very tall or large person - the twin room is compact to say the least. It's close to the Earl's Court tube station with lots of options for places to eat and drink. Easy walk to Kensington. It's in an older building without a lot of sound proofing, so download your sound app of choice for a good night's sleep and then get out and explore!
