Located conveniently at Victoria Station, all of London, and the UK itself, are just a few feet away. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. "Other than having a fire alarm go off at one in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."

"Centrally located, easy walks to some major attractions. We liked the room size, the cleanliness and the overall condition of the hotel room. The windows insulate the room well from any street noise. "

"Family of 4 - two adult children. The room was comfortable, even though smaller than we’re used to. The pull out bed was already set up with sheets - which was great. We needed some item, called the front desk and they were up quickly with it. We got a nice gift basket - I can’t remember why. All the staff was respectful and kind. The doorman was a cheerful gentleman. We were also walking distance to Big Ben and Westminster (15 min). And Buckingham Pace was about 30 minutes. "
