"All the staff we dealt with were polite,really helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The room we stayed in was really big, the beds were so comfy. Plenty of parking available. We paid the small amount extra to use the pool, steam room, sauna & jacuzzi, which we concidered good value for money. We also paid extra for the breakfast, which again was good value, with lots of choice. In the bistro you can have a choice of two main meals (excluding the steak, to be fair of which i wasn't bothered as i don't like steak), but plenty of other choices, together with a bottle of house wine for £39.95, we decided to opt for this, we were a bit wary as often house wines are not always the best, however one of the choices was a rose zifandel, which was really nice, again, good value for money. Excellent weekend & would definately come back."

"Reception lady didn't even get out her chair to greet us Their was a wedding at the venue and I feel as a regular guest we were ignored I paid alot off money for the 6 off us to stay their and I won't recommend or stay here again My son went to the bar and asked for a pint off larger only to be told their was no glasses ?? I asked for 2 bottles off cider and was given hot glasses out the dishwasher We had nowhere to sit because all tables and chairs were taken up by wedding guests We did eventually sit outside the spa but was asked to leave due to the fact it was closing so off to our rooms we went The tall man in the spa was absolutely amazing friendly and kind Never again and expensive for nothing Slamming door hotel bang bang bang all night"

"Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying longer than one night, and no conssesions for disabled parking and only one disabled parking space. Hotel is on a busy road but you don't hear the traffic noise in the hotel room. We didn't eat in the hotel as we always ate out and bought a snack back with us to have in the room. Hotel is on a duel carriageway and you have to go up to the roundabout to be able to get back to the hotel as there is no gap to get across to the hotel depending on which way you are travelling to and from the hotel."
