"I’ve stayed here many times. Rooms are clean, tidy and well looked after. The TV is very small though, so if you want to watch something, it could be a bit of a challenge. The hotel is in a safe countryside area. I like that there’s nothing else around, but others might prefer more nearby. Hot fresh breakfast is good, but the coffee isn’t great. I’d like to see more fruit and yoghurt options as I don’t eat a full breakfast. I’ll happily stay again. "

"Lovely independent hotel , ideally situated just off A1 for stop off stay ,great breakfast and welcome air conditioning . Good pub restaurant for evening meal . Great service it was nice to see local staff taking a pride in their job . "

"Overall, accommodation was good, when checking out, was very disappointing and the staff member was rude. They need to learn customer service !! "
