It was an okay hotel. The sink was smelly. The curtains were torn. We found trash around the room. Staff was friendly.

This place was a ripoff . They charged me a sircharge for a dirty towel that I used to clean up a little mess. They said that they charged me be they had to wash the towel. I asked wouldn’t they have to wash it anyway? They replied no, normally not, but now they have to wash it with bleach and that’s why they charged me. So I payed under protest. Then they wouldn’t let me leave the property unless I signed something . Then they complained that they didn’t like my signature because it wasn’t my real signature. So they threatened to call the police if I didn’t sign properly. The girl at reception was very rude. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE!! Jacuzzi didn’t work, pool was disgusting, loud music all night , food was horrible and overpriced. I will not be returning.

the ocean view is perfect. they don't mention a deposit of $40.00 for tv and cable controls. it made us feel like we were registering at a Motel. crew very nice and helpful. Food menu poor (not like it used to) and prices to high for what you get

I came to this location to sleep but to my surprise it was way too quiet. At night there was totally silence. The sound of the ocean was very loud, especially when the waves hit the beach sand.

The roads getting to the resort were all flooded, from Tijuana to Rosarito Beach. We couldn't get to our hotel and had to turn back. We booked 2 rooms. We would like a credit for the rooms to use another time we are down there.

We didn't get to stay there. The horrible storm that flooded the streets in Tijuana and Rosarito Toll Road kept us from getting to the hotel. We had 2 rooms and didn't use either of them thru no fault of our own. The hotel said I should contact you. We don't want a refund, just want to be able to reschedule a stay there. 909-730-5653

You don't get the rooms in the pictures
The hotel and rooms are very run down. When you are booking they show you pictures of rooms you don't get. It said the room was updated in 2020, NOT TRUE! We got an old room with a leak in the ceiling. When i asked about an updated room, they wanted more $$. We asked to be moved to another room, still not the room in any picture and last update must have been in the 70s. Also, booking says free breakfast, but they fight you for it and ask for proof. It happened to another person when we were there. The restaurant, grounds and private beach are a plus.

Nice old traditional Mexican hotel. This is what to expect of the area. Our room was clean. We had a couple technical issues with the room at first but they were quick to sort it out. We will stay here again

Great older property at a very affordable price. It is an older property, but half the price of what you get down the street at Rosarito Beach hotel for almost half the price. Remember it's Mexico and the property is older but we really enjoyed our stay.
