"The shower was amazing but the room smell of smoke even though no smoke allowed and I needed to sighn a waver saying no smoke! I complained and I was not given another room due to no available. Which I understand and I asked a not be put on my reservation this accorded. Yet, the next morning abone check out no note was to be found and I let the desk agent know again. It did smelled better by morning but it was bad when I arrived being a no smoking person. I was shocked they cleared the room and was given not even a discount for my discomfort."
