"The property was good but the rooms in building number 5 can do with an upgrading in the rooms especially the bathroom."

"Overall this was a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and the bathroom and shower was excellent. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and was sufficient. I would stay again at the rate I booked the room for. There is a fee of $20 to park that I found a bit surprising. The pool area was also nice but the sun sets over the building quite early so morning and early afternoon hours are better if you want to be in the sun. "

"Food was very good but wasn't a fan of the cafeteria/ diner atmosphere. I definitely had issues with the soda/ water fountains. They weren't working properly. Also lots of the sodas were out and tasted more like the carbonated water. My room was comfy and clean. It's a big resort so the hallways and elevators weren't in excellent shape, but they all ran good and the staff was very kind and friendly throughout the whole resort. The pools are a lot of fun and grounds had lots of activities and well maintained. I enjoyed this resort."

"My stay at CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort was overall a great experience! The resort itself is fun, family-friendly, and perfect for a getaway—especially if you have kids. My son absolutely loved the water park and didn’t want to leave! The only issue we experienced was the water being temporarily shut off due to a main pipe bursting, which definitely caught me off guard. However, I truly appreciated how quickly and professionally management handled the situation. They compensated me with a refund credit for the resort fees, which made a big difference. Despite the inconvenience, I would definitely come back and stay again. The atmosphere, amenities, and overall experience made it worth it!"

"Our room was very clean & had shampoo, conditioner & body wash available. Security came around daily to do a wellness check. We had a wonderful week stay. This property is within walking distance of many restaurants and entertainment options."

"Waited to check in for almost an hour (the guest in front of us was just chatting to the receptionist). Then the receptionist allowed another guest to cut in front of us to purchase snacks/drinks. Not very good customer service when she saw we had already been waiting a long time. Dirty room, very loud outside throughout the night. Good location for proximity to Universal but definitely not worth the price!"
