"The staff were absolutely wonderful but as a female solo traveler I was told not to go outside by myself after a certain time of evening. I took their advice. The room was lovely, the food at the restaurant was good, especially the breakfast, and the spa in the hotel was excellent too. The staff also printed my conference paper for me and were just so kind. Thank you for a great stay! "

"This place is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed. Cleanliness is poor, there was urine marks on the toilet seat. I switched two rooms because the AC was not working properly. It works as a fan but does not cool down. In both rooms the situation was the same. So don’t expect a working AC. The bed was okay for two nights. Shampoo and conditioner is worst and doesn’t even foam up. Don’t expect much. "

"The location was good and our only option for visiting family nearby. We spent a month. Although it is supposed to be a non-smoking property, the rooms towels and sheets, all smelled of smoke The air conditioning and fan works sporadically, the apartment was dirty, and not maintained It was very convenient having a washing machine, but there was really nowhere to hang wet clothing and only a few hangers in the closet. The drying rack was broken. No hot water in bathroom sink. Shower head works but doesn’t hang up. Nice to have a refrigerator but freezer section was frozen solid. No dishes stocked in the kitchen but they brought up a bin. The reception desk staff were helpful and polite. "

"We stayed for 9 days over Christmas here and I can tell you we were absolutely shocked by level of their service and attitude towards us. The staff are not friendly in the spa area, they are rude and not attentive to your requests. When we requested to warm up the water for us a bit they refused but later that day we checked they warmed up for their local Turkish guests. Reception was as bad as swimming pool staff. Even they were telling our kids off when they were having fun using the swimming pool. The hotel is way far from the city centre, the only good note was a clean hotel."
