座落德島站隔鄰，有立體及平面停車場。豪華雙人房空間大，2個行李箱打開後，走動仍綽綽有餘。雖然樓下就係商店街，但舊式的，且十室九空，要走5-6分鐘到両国本町購物街才多食店選擇。早餐係自助餐，款式不多。
