I like the local vibe of the hotel and how it utilise the space. Very clean as well. I managed well as a 5'2" person, but if youre tall like 5'9" i think youll be very disadvantaged taking a shower here

100% recommend!
Lovely hotel! The room was really spacious (twin room) with a view of the sumida river, sky tree and the asahi building. The staff were helpful and polite, and the amenities were incredible, not to mention the small breakfast spread of toast and coffee every morning! Perfect!

Room was small, clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and a little bit away from the train station and action. Breakfast is not much, just toast and some onion soup packets. Check in and out by machine.

The staff at the front desk were professional, helpful and friendly . Hotel is undergoing renovations which was not mentioned before booking it Location is good, close to subway. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Tatami Experience
The hotel provides very nice breakfast which we can choose either Japanese or Western. Room is slightly more spacious compare to others and each of them come with tatami flooring which is a nice unique experience. Room is clean.

Quick trip to Japan
This is a great hotel, small and quiet. The staff was very nice and most knew English, some better then others. Breakfast was Delicious and authentic. The area was perfect for sightseeing, shopping and eating. I would definitely stay here again.😊

The location was good for exploring the area and access to subway system and nearby tourist information office. Breakfast being included in price was also a useful time and money saver. The room was very small, and made smaller by having 2xsingle beds rather than a double.

Our flight arrived late on a Saturday night. We took the Keisei Skyaccess train from platform #1 of Terminal 1 towards Ueno and eventually transferred to the Tobu Line to Asakusa Station. Exit A2b and took an elevator to the street level. Asakusa Hotel Hatago was a short 3 minute walk to the left where we passed a Family Mart (at the corner a the opposite side of the street) and Hotel Wing International. Check in was very fast and the wonderful woman at the front desk spoke with us in perfect English. The front desk she also stated is open 24 hours a day. We had requested in advance if we could send a package to the hotel prior to our visit, and happily our package of the pocket WiFi was waiting for us upon arrival. We were grateful for the elevator as our luggage would have been difficult to haul to our room on the 3rd floor. We stayed in a double room with tatami mats. The space to open and rearrange luggage was small, but the bathroom is generous in size. There is a beautiful view of Skytree from the 9th floor lounge and the roof top patio. I haven’t yet tried the complementary breakfast, but am looking forward to it very much this morning.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff are nice and speak English. The Wi-Fi basically doesn't work. The TV has only 5 channels. The breakfast was delicious, but it's not all you can eat and it's a set. No food choices.

Sweet, friendly and inexpensive small hotel - I especially enjoyed the included Japanese breakfast in the top floor lounge with a stunning view of the Sumida River and the Skytree. Single room was very small (standard for Tokyo) but functional and comfortable. 5 minutes' walk north to the heart of Asakusa and just a few minutes from multiple train lines.

Great stay!
Great location. Less than a 10-minute walk to major tourist spots and station. Very convenient to get to airport. Hotel held my luggage until check-in and it was in my room when I came back for check-in. Great views of the city from the upper floors.

Asakusa Hata-GO!
Our stay was great. The room was of standard Japanese proportions; small, but enough for one person to stay comfortably. It was a bit tight for 2. The size of the rooms may be a surprise to those who are used to American hotels, but you’ll get used to it after a while. The room was decorated to look traditional (i.e. tatami mat floors where no shoes are allowed). The hotel location is great; a 3 minute walk from the Asakusa train station. Breakfast was really good. Finally, after your 10 am check out, the hotel looks after your luggage for free, while you explore the area (Sensoji temple, the Kaminarimon gate, Ueno zoo, etc). All in all, a very nice hotel.

3泊で滞在させていただきました。 お部屋の照明が少し暗いかな。とベッド枕元にスタンドがないので不便と畳がシートタイプの畳でしたのでずっとお尻が痛く座布団かクッションあったら良かったです。 朝食で食べれるパンは、とても美味しかったです。

位置上佳，離地鐵站很近，可以步行到淺草寺，甚至睛空塔(需時15分鐘以上)。但空間實在太小！酒店附近也很少餐飲處所，對面還好有一間便利店。

地理位置優越
地理位置優越，交通便利。房間格局配置很難打開行李箱。被子枕頭有點潮濕。網路不太穩定，常無法使用。早餐提供淺草麵包老店土司，簡易果醬、咖啡、茶和沖泡式湯品，可至頂樓享用。大概是為了防疫，頂樓用餐區桌與桌間距離很舒適。前檯服務親切。

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur großartig und bietet ein unvergleichliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das Hotel Befindet sich nahe der U-Bahn. Leider sehr kleines Frühstücksangebot (gibt aber einige tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung). Großer und sauberer Aufenthaltsraum sowie riesige Dachterrasse.
