Perfect stay

The Staff were extremely helpful, polite and multilingual. We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the location was perfect for transport links. A stones throw from the hotel.

Clean room, but too small, no wear to hang clothes. Staff was good, answered questions, etc. Breakfast only consisted of White bread with margarine or jam. Coffee and tea selection was great! Very central and walkable to major tourist sites and train! One block to Asakusa train station that took us directly to Narita Airport! That was golden!

Brilliant location for sightseeing and moving around - half way between Asakusa and Toei Oedo lines, both a very easy walk away. Room was very small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is only toast and coffee/teas which you make yourself but that's OK if you are prepared. Several restaurants and cafes close by.

Great affordable place to stay for sightseeing in the area. Room is very small, even for Japanese standards, but clean all we really needed. Skytree and Sensoji are both an easy walk. Asakusa station is very close. Would stay here again.

Cozy little room big enough for max 2 people. It was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was pretty good. Close to Asakusa st. Walk distance to the Sensoji temple. And conbinis on every corner for an easy access to quick breakfast or a snack. Happy with my stay would book it again.

A quick walk to two subway lines, sensoji temple and Asakusa cultural information center, quiet, conveniently located near convenience stores, easy subway travel (less than an hour and a half either way) directly to both haneda and narita airports. Staff was kind and welcoming, and perfect view of Tokyo skytree on the 9th floor.

Hotel with convenient location and awesome views

Our stay at Asakusa hotel Hatago was a pleasant one. The hotel has a nice location bit further from the more crowded parts of Tokyo, yet everything is just minutes away by the two subway lines just around the corner. The room and the hotel in all were clean, comfy and tidy. The breakfast is a bit scarce, but the views over the Sumida river from the 9th floor breakfast lounge compensated for that. All in all I would choose Asakusa hotel Hatago again for my stay in Tokyo.

I like the local vibe of the hotel and how it utilise the space. Very clean as well. I managed well as a 5'2" person, but if youre tall like 5'9" i think youll be very disadvantaged taking a shower here

There is electric kettle provided which can be collected from a rack located near the elevators. A typical room that is sufficient for a single or couple to rest after a day of exploring Tokyo. There is no wardrobe provided in certain rooms. Recommend bringing your own cup if you want to make your own beverages although paper cups are provided.

Room was quite small. Did not have a desk, night stand or shelves to put items. Street noise was noticeable. Close to subway. Lounge was spacious and had a great view of the Skytree and Sumida River. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

I stayed at Tamayura for just one night, but it left a great impression. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Sensoji Temple—yet tucked away enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The nearby train station made getting around easy, and the area is filled with fantastic restaurants and shops. Overall, Tamayura offers a comfortable stay in a convenient and lively part of the city. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel! The room was really spacious (twin room) with a view of the sumida river, sky tree and the asahi building. The staff were helpful and polite, and the amenities were incredible, not to mention the small breakfast spread of toast and coffee every morning! Perfect!

Room was small, clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and a little bit away from the train station and action. Breakfast is not much, just toast and some onion soup packets. Check in and out by machine.
