Very clean hotel and big rooms for Tokyo. The hotel itself could use a little updating but overall an excellent location and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Multiple times requesting air-conditioning be turned on. Room temperature was finally tolerable on our last night. I kept getting stonewalled by staff. I will probably not refer this hotel to my friends.

Room is small, but they provided everything I needed for staying . Laundry facility was very Convenient and charge reasonable. As a female customer , small packet for facial skin product quality was pretty good. All Stuff members were all polite and attentive . I would definitely Come back again.

Overall It was a decent hotel, clean and the service was great. I just did not like the bathroom was super tiny.

Good location!
The room felt a little older, but it was clean and comfortable. It's great to focus on ECO. I was also happy with the coffee service. Good location.

The room we stayed in was quiet large compared to the other places we stayed in travelling around Japan. There was enough room to leave our suitcase open and still be able to walk around. It was a very reasonable price and shower convenient for shops, food and the train station.

The location is excellent, just in front of JR and Inokashira line and many line of bus transportation. The beautiful Inokadhira park is just minutes away, I did morning walking every day. The staff are very polite and friendly, the room is very clean. Only one thing that made me disappointment was there was no view.

The room is abit small, the staffs are kind and professional, there is a 24/7 self serve laundry and dryer on each floor, which is really convenient. If they sell laundry gel that would be perfect.

the staff was very accommodating with allowing us to change our dates. the hotel is less than a 5 min walk to the train station with so many restaurant options and shops in the area. any time we are in tokyo, we stay here and will continue to stay here.

Small basic hotel, a bit rundown but still comfortable, value for money if Japanese compact room size doesn’t bother you, if not it’s a very good neighborhood to stay in Tokyo.

Hotel reception was helpful & informative. Room #928 was clean, quiet and the view was great! Filtered water machine at elevator is an awesome idea and Eco friendly! Breakfast buffet was delicious! Overall, just outstanding! I would definitely stay again!!!
