"The decription on Expedia was bed and breakfast. There is definately no breakfast. This property was in a lovely location with beautiful views, but not served well by busses. The property was clean but lacked facilites. There was a microwave but no plates or knives and forks. The restaurant oposite was lovely, food delicious and the owners very helpful. "

"A truly great experience, we arrived late but the host was amazing, genuinely care for her guests, only smiles and happy attitude. Will definitely book this hotel next time we are in Livigno. Not one negative word. Great location as well!"
