"The location is fantastic, and the shuttle service to the airport is a great convenience. However, my room was located near the staircase, which caused me to wake up several times at night due to the noise of people coming in and out."

"Overall I was pleased with the hotel and staff and loved the free parking. It's the best hotel on the NY side of Niagara Falls. As for cleanliness, more attention to detail. The elevators had stains on the inside of the doors. Our room was clean, but the rug was not vacuumed. That needs to be done after every checkout. Guest notice these minor things. Overall, I look forward to returning post renovation ( I read renovations are in the works). Thank you"
