"Great experience! Such a beautiful place and setting. Relaxing and just the place to relax and recharge. Hot tub was nice and hot and had a nice pool with waterfall. The only negative is they let pets stay on the first floor rooms so we had a loud barking dog below us one day for a few hours but other than that was the best place we've ever stayed!!"

"I stayed for a night with my children, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved the up north feel of it. Everything was well maintained, and any time we had a question or needed help, the staff was very attentive."

"It was very homey - โmom and popโ kind of place - we arrived early evening and there was a note on the office door with our first names and which room was ours with a key in that roomโs door and the note also said to check out the same way. Clock on door said they wouldnโt be back until the next day but there was a number to call if we needed them. Bed was comfortable with soft high thread count sheets and dish network for tv service. The windows had screens if you wanted to open them which I love ! I could see where parking was limited but wasnโt a problem because I believe there were some vacancies. The carpet was somewhat worn near the front door and the shower fixtures looked a little dated but worked just fine. The only problem I had was I didnโt pack a hair dryer and there wasnโt one provided in the room. Not sure if the owners lived on scene but there were two sweet fur babies (cats ) inside that kept a watchful eye over the area ! Made me feel at home since I canโt travel with mine ! I would definitely stay here again if in the area ( I would just bring my hair dryer) oh, and there was also a box fan but the air conditioner worked so well I wouldnโt have needed it."

"We stayed at the BW, Harbor Springs for 4 days this August, 2026. We were pleasantly surprised with the room, grounds, pool and actual real egg breakfast with a fair amount of variety. Rooms were very clean and the staff was awesome. A+++ We will definitely stay there again."
