"The proprietors are helpful. The rooms are clean. It is like a college dorm with rooms, but with limited parking. They do have paid parking though. I personally feel like the pictures posted online to get the customers are misrepresenting. The pictures showed common kitchen areas and common rooms but I did not see none of that. "

"The hotel was very clean and our family suite was very bright and spacious. The negative thing about our suite was that this was supposed to be a family suite which means there should have been 3 beds because we were 3 people but there was only one queen bed for 2 people. There was a couch in living room but there was no blankets for the third person. We had to ask for extra pillows and a blanket which their blanket wasn’t even a blanket, it was like a thick flat sheet. Also the living room...

"This hotel definitely needs improvement. The hotel used insecticides during our stay. Without that I was aware of this. It smelled in everywhere. After one day all our clothes started to smell of insecticide. a lot of noise at night. Will never be quiet. The staff are very arrogant and you have to ask them several times for help to get help. We ordered 2 bed rooms, but we got a bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was without duvets and pillows etc. We had to nag several times for them to fix...

"The staff and owner were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were kept very clean. However if you are a non-smoker then it can be a little uncomfortable as smoke from the smoking rooms gets through the vents to the non smoking rooms unfortunately. The staff was helpful in finding a room with minimal smoke infiltration. Also, even though there was no elevator in the hotel, the staff was very helpful in carrying the luggage to the room. "

"No WiFi in my room. I had to go to the lobby to get WiFi connection. No elevator. No room on the first floor. I am handicapped and going up the stairs was a problem. I canceled my 9 days reservation after staying there for a day and a half. However, the receptionist was very professional and tried to help."
